Paradigm Home is a small, community-based Adult Residential Facility (ARF) licensed by the State of California. We serve ambulatory adults who benefit from 24-hour supervision, daily structure, and supportive services that promote independence and personal dignity.
Our home is intentionally limited in capacity to ensure individualized attention, consistency of care, and a peaceful living environment. We work closely with referral partners, families, and case managers to support smooth transitions and long-term stability for each resident.

Admissions & Referrals
Paradigm Home accepts referrals from licensed agencies, hospitals, regional centers, conservators, and county departments. Our program is appropriate for adults who require supervision and structured support but do not need medical or skilled nursing care.
